Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, customized products, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

2. Ship the item back to our warehouse in its original condition.
3. Once inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us to arrange a replacement.
